Territory Manager (TM)

Job Description:

- Achievement of New Business targets
- Achievement of Renewal Business targets
- Recruit Sales Personnel as per given module
- Monitoring the sales practices of the sales personnel
- Identification of training requirements for sales personnel
- Develop and retain the sales personnel for continued excellence
- Effective Pre & Post sales service to customers to ensure no/ minimal customer grievance
- Create satisfied customer base

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification - Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of experience ( Insurance / financial/ pharmaceutical/ retail Industry)
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Marketing Skills
- Open to travelling Pan India
