Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production / Quality Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure high-quality standards are maintained on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards
- Coordinate with PPC (Production Planning & Control) team for production scheduling
- Ensure proper shop floor coordination and manpower utilization
- Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines
