We are a premium car detailing garage focused on delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Business Development Associate to help manage daily operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day shop floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
- Manage customer appointments, scheduling, and walk-in inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients
- Coordinate with platforms like Porter and Rapido for logistics and vehicle/material movement
- Act as a point of coordination between multiple workshop locations
- Delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure timely execution
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Support customer follow-ups
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic digital tools
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach

Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

- Any experience in operations, shop floor management, customer handling, or similar roles will be an added advantage
- Experience in automotive/car detailing industry is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
