KRA - Student Engagement Officer (SEO)

- Student Engagement & Support
- Actively connect with all students to provide guidance on training and placement activities.
- Address student queries and ensure timely support throughout the training lifecycle.
- Connect to irregular students to retain them in program. Suggestions to Trainer for classes adjustments/back up classes
- Maintaining Daily Calling Progress. Prepare and submit periodic reports on student engagement, feedback, and program success rates.
- Ensuring all the students are attending classes. Attendance tracking and timely planning to retain min. 80 % student’s attendance
- Training Program Management
- Ensure the onboarding of the right candidates for the training programs.
- Collect and analyse feedback from students about training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Be responsible for measuring the impact of the student engagement outcomes, and feedback through all levels of the organisation




- To be responsible for all external trips and activities organised through student engagement.
- Admissions Conversion
- Follow up on admission leads to achieve admission conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions for reporting purposes.
- Centre Operations
- Support all aspects of center operations, ensuring smooth functioning and resolution of operational challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational needs effectively.
- Communication & Reporting
- Maintain consistent communication with students regarding schedules, updates, and relevant announcements.
- Ensure that accurate and appropriate records are kept in relation to participation.
- Ensure full adherence to and implementation of the Data Protection Act

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
