Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Accountant cum Front Office Associate to join our team at a tourist bungalow in Sarnath, Varanasi. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and a customer-friendly personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and basic financial records
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash records
- Prepare bills, invoices, receipts, and basic reports
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative activities
- Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out
- Attend guest queries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain guest records and other necessary documentation
- Perform basic computer operations and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to manage both accounting and front office responsibilities
