Position - HR Intern/HR Associate
Location - Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Job timing - Mon to Sat, 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM
Qualification - Minimum graduate passed from relevant stream.
Job Description :-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain HR records and employee databases
- Assist in payroll processing and advantages administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives
- Handle employee queries and support engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
