- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom guests, identify their needs, and showcase suitable jewellery.
- Product Learning: Study metals, gemology, pricing, and craftsmanship under senior mentors.
- Sales Support: Observe senior representatives, assist with transactions, and learn to upsell and close deals.
- Store Maintenance: Keep showcases clean, arrange displays attractively, and ensure stock security.
- Billing & Inventory: Assist with daily stock checks, packaging, and basic point-of-sale (POS) billing procedures. [1, 2, 3, 4]
