Job Description

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Fresher CAD Engineer with outstanding assertive behavior and a positive attitude to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software, adapting quickly to design changes and challenges.
- Collaborate actively with engineers and architects to transform conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
- Embrace startup culture by being flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic about taking on diverse tasks beyond traditional CAD responsibilities.
- Ensure designs meet both industry standards and innovative startup visions.
- Participate in and contribute assertively to design reviews, offering creative solutions and ideas.
- Manage documentation, including material lists, cost estimates, and project timelines.




- Maintain and update drawing databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the team to identify design problems and brainstorm innovative solutions.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to new challenges with a positive attitude.

Requirements & Skills

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, CAD, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ).
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Strong assertive communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
