Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Zirakpur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate Telecalling

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective real estate clients.

Generate and qualify leads for property sales.

Explain property details and schedule site visits.

Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Update customer records and call reports in CRM/Excel.

Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to build robust customer relationships.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
