Life Run is India's emergency ride response network — connecting people in medical emergencies to nearby registered driver-partners, 24 hours a day, across India. Launched nationally in June 2026, we are building India's most reliable emergency transport platform from the ground up.

About This Role
The Operations Support Executive is the backbone of Life Run's day-to-day functioning. You will monitor the live admin dashboard, manage driver onboarding and verification, ensure every active booking is progressing correctly, and support the team in delivering a seamless experience for every patient and family.

What You Will Do

- Monitor the Life Run admin dashboard during your shift — track all active rides in real time
- Verify and activate recent driver-partner accounts within 24 hours of application
- Ensure every booking receives a driver within 3 minutes — intervene manually if needed
- Maintain driver records — vehicle documents, insurance, agreements
- Prepare daily and weekly operations reports for the management team




- Log and escalate all incidents, complaints, and anomalies
- Support the caller team during high-volume periods
- Coordinate with the app developer for any technical issues

What We Are Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Basic proficiency with computers, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Good communication skills in Hindi — English preferred
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- Minimum graduate — preferred background in operations, logistics, or administration
- Prior experience in operations, dispatch, or transport coordination is an advantage
