We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually compelling packaging, product designs, and brand graphics. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, material understanding, and the ability to translate ideas into market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative packaging concepts for gifting products (boxes, kits, sleeves, inserts, etc.)
- Create product design layouts for apparel gifting sets and accessories
- Develop branding elements and graphics aligned with brand identity
- Work on print-ready files (dielines, color specs, typography, finishes)
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility & production quality
- Research market trends, materials, and finishes to enhance product appeal
- Ensure cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality
- Oversee sampling and prototyping process
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all touchpoints
- Support marketing team with creative assets (social media, campaigns, catalogs)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design / Fine Arts / Product Design / Graphic Design




- 0-1 years of experience in packaging or product design
- Proficiency in design tools:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of:
- Packaging structures & materials
- Printing techniques (offset, digital, foil, embossing, etc.)
- Typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create mockups and prototypes
- Strong attention to detail and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in gifting, apparel, or FMCG packaging
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging solutions
- Exposure to vendor coordination & production processes
- Basic understanding of 3D visualization tools (optional)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
