Job Title: IT & Data Analyst (Workforce Management)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support for Windows/Linux systems, hardware, networking, and user account management.
- Analyze workforce data and prepare reports/dashboards using Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
- Handle forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring using WFM tools (NICE, IEX, Genesys, Aspect).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support operational improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience (freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and WFM tools is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work rotational day shifts and weekends.
