We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of products, services, or processes to ensure company standards are maintained. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a quality-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate quality standards and processes.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze data and prepare quality reports.
- Ensure products or services meet company and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall quality performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality findings and reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Experience in Quality Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
