Job Title: Relationship Manager cum Dealer – Stock Broking

Location: Gurukul, Ahmedabad.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager cum Dealer who can handle both client relationships and live order execution. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients – building trust, understanding their investment goals, and executing trades on the exchange while staying compliant with broker and SEBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Relationship Management

- Onboard new clients, complete KYC, and explain products/services clearly

- Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI, retail, and active traders

- Understand client risk profile and suggest suitable equity, F&O;, and mutual fund products

- Regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and market updates to keep clients engaged

Dealer / Trading Desk

- Execute client orders on NSE/BSE through the trading terminal

- Ensure timely order placement, modification, and cancellation as per client instructions

- Monitor market movement and inform clients of opportunities/risks

- Coordinate with back office for settlements, margins,



and trade confirmations

Compliance & Reporting

- Adhere to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance norms

- Maintain proper records of client instructions and trades

- Flag any unusual activity or client grievances to management

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in stock broking, dealing, or relationship management role

- NISM Series 8: Equity Derivatives and/or Series 5A: Mutual Fund certification required

- Good understanding of equity, F&O;, currency, and mutual funds

- Strong communication skills – you can explain market moves in simple terms

- Comfortable working on trading terminals like NOW, ODIN, Omnesys, etc.

- Target-oriented, ethical, and able to work under market hours pressure

Nice to Have

- Existing client base in the market

- Experience in both sales and dealing functions

- Knowledge of technical/fundamental analysis
