Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator (DEO) / Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock records, team coordination, and reporting activities. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse staff and operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory, stock, inward, and outward records.
- Update and manage warehouse data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations and material movement.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Verify stock quantities and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Coordinate with warehouse staff, operations team, and management.
- Maintain attendance and operational records.
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Basic inventory and warehouse management knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle reports and documentation accurately.
- Team handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, data entry, stock management, reporting, or supervisory roles will be preferred.
