Managing day-to-day operations of the dark store or fulfillment center

Ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders

Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock accuracy

Coordinating with delivery partners to ensure on-time deliveries

Handling manpower planning and supervising warehouse staff

Tracking operational KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery turnaround time, and productivity

Resolving customer escalations related to order fulfillment

Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the facility

Preparing operational reports and sharing performance updates with management

Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Training and guiding team members on standard operating procedures and quality standards

Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per hour
