Job Description – Warehouse Manager Sales

Candidate should be from ecommerce background who have experience in working with companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra etc,

· speaks Kanada language for smooth operational communication on ground.

· Strategic thinking and business development expertise.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

 Identify and acquire recent clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

 Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for performance improvement.

 Generate business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.

 Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.

 Negotiate commercial agreements and close large business deals.

 Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.

 Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

 Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Required Skills & Competencies

Experience

 8–15 years of experience in sales/business development.

 Relevant industry experience preferred.
