We are hiring an experienced Store Manager for our grocery / supermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day grocery store operations efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Supervise, guide, and train sales staff
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper FIFO practices
- Prevent stock loss, wastage, and shrinkage
- Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product display
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain product quality
- Maintain billing accuracy and cash control
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and performance reports

Requirements

- Any Degree (Retail Management preferred)
- 2–6 years experience in supermarket / FMCG grocery retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive communication and customer service ability
- Knowledge of inventory control and store operations
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
