Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote the company's products, generate new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors to promote company products.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR) and tour plans on time.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
- Participate in product launches, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager for business growth.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
