Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries related to healthcare services.

Provide accurate information while maintaining quality standards.

Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions.

Salary:

₹22,000 – ₹32,000 CTC (Based on experience and interview performance)
