MedGlobe Therapeutics Limited is a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

· Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

· Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.

· Coordinate payroll processing using HRMS and support payroll automation initiatives.

· Prepare and validate salary computations using Microsoft Excel and HRMS payroll systems.

· Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable regulations, and support HR audits.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest labor laws and new wage code regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.

· Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

· Support department heads with manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce management.

· Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related records.

· Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards,



and other management reports as required.

· Generate, monitor, and review departmental KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and support the performance appraisal process.

· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of all HR information and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a quick-paced environment.
