We are hiring a results-driven Field Sales Representative in Bengaluru to drive outbound sales for our vehicle fleet tracking solutions.

This role features a hybrid 5-day work week combining remote lead generation with active field sales. You will work 2 days from home (generating leads, cold calling, and booking appointments) and 3 days on the field pitching to companies managing vehicle fleets and potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation (2 Days WFH): Conduct outbound cold calls, send targeted emails, and schedule qualified face-to-face appointments with fleet owners.
- Field Visits (3 Days Field): Travel across Bengaluru to showcase tracker demonstrations, pitch solutions, and close subscription sales.
- Pipeline Management: Log daily calling metrics and field visit reports into the sales tracking system.

Training & Performance

- Training Period: Receive a 2-week training covering product features, software demonstrations, and outbound pitch techniques.




- Performance Focus: Achieve predefined monthly sales milestones to maximize your payout potential.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in outbound sales, field sales, or telecalling.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for field days (company will provide a laptop).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowing Additional language will be a plus

Benefits & Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.

Pay: ₹10,513.87 - ₹22,000.00 per month
