We are seeking a Project Coordinator with an MBA and a strong foundation in project execution and team coordination. The ideal candidate should bring energy, ownership, and leadership to drive results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across development, design, testing, and client coordination.
- Strategic Execution: Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and updates.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage dependencies proactively.




- Process Improvement: Recommend best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) — Mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing software or technology-based projects.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
