Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Design Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to execution. The candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-value commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for design development, client coordination, team leadership, consultant management, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives, design standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design projects from concept design to construction documentation.
- Develop innovative, functional, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Prepare master planning, schematic design, design development, and presentation drawings.
- Review and approve architectural layouts, façade concepts, space planning, and interior coordination.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory approvals,



and authority regulations.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Participate in client presentations, business pitches, and project proposals.
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and tender documentation.
- Monitor site execution and provide design clarifications when required.
- Support business development through design strategy and project acquisition inputs.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
