Job Title: Football Coach

Job Summary:
École Globale International Girls' School is seeking a passionate and experienced Football Coach to train and mentor students, develop their technical and tactical skills, and promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The coach will prepare students for inter-school, state, and national-level competitions while ensuring a safe and inspiring training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct football coaching sessions for students.
- Develop fitness, technical, tactical, and match-play skills.
- Select and prepare teams for tournaments and competitions.
- Organize practice matches and evaluate player performance.
- Ensure student safety and proper use of sports equipment.
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and a positive sporting culture.




- Coordinate with the Activities Department for sports events and schedules.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and equipment inventory.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Certification in Football Coaching (AIFF/recognized governing body preferred).
- 2–5 years of coaching experience, preferably in a school or academy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in a residential school environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
