Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure the efficient operation of our storage facilities. The Store Keeper will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of goods, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring the security and cleanliness of the store. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
- Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory movements in the inventory management system.
- Organize and store items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and optimal space utilization.
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel based on requisitions, ensuring correct quantities and types are dispatched.




- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe storage setting, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to the procurement team to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and pack items for dispatch, ensuring proper documentation and secure loading.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste, damage, and theft.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
- Generate periodic inventory reports for management review.
