At ScienceUtsav, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to help families, schools, and organizations create memorable experiences through our birthday parties, science workshops, and event offerings. You'll understand customer requirements, recommend the right packages, prepare proposals, build strong relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with schools, corporates, educational institutions, and other partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable STEM workshops, science events, innovation labs, and learning solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and project reports based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Research, Design, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project planning and execution.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals,



meetings, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Track project progress, prepare management reports, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documents, presentations, photos, videos, and creative assets.
- Represent ScienceUtsav during client meetings, school visits, exhibitions, and networking events whenever required.

Skills & Requirements:

- Robust communication and calling skills
- Comfort speaking with school coordinators, teachers, and management
- Organized with follow-ups and documentation
- Basic CRM knowledge (training will be provided)
- Interest in education, science programs, or school events is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
