Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Research Associate and Research Chemist to join our Research centre. The ideal candidates need to have strong expertise in Chemical Synthesis. The roles involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and development for new chemical reactions.
- Analyse and interpret data using analytical techniques.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- The candidate should have excellent knowledge of modern synthetic methodology including asymmetric synthesis, and the reaction mechanism is expected.
- Should be expert in synthetic problem solving/troubleshooting skills.




- Excellent communication skills including face to face and virtual interactions with team.
- The candidate should maintain an accurate scientific notebook.

Qualifications Required:

- Research Associate: Master degree in Organic Chemistry with 3+ years of experience.
- Research Chemist: Master degree in Organic Chemistry with 1+ years of experience.
