Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant (Technical Project Manager) to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile technology projects. The role focuses on project management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable and high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Delivery

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution of web and mobile platforms
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of projects

2. Stakeholder & Team Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and external vendors
- Ensure explicit communication and alignment across teams

3. Requirement Gathering & Solution Alignment

- Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
- Track progress against requirements and deliverables

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and MIS for stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and drive timely resolution

5. Quality Assurance & Delivery Governance

- Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment readiness




- Ensure quality standards, system stability, and performance benchmarks
- Manage go-live activities and post-deployment support

6. System Integration & Coordination

- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple systems and platforms
- Monitor integration workflows and resolve dependencies

7. Operations & Continuous Improvement

- Oversee ongoing system enhancements and upgrades
- Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT project management, delivery, or consulting roles

Technical Skills

- Understanding of web and mobile application development (frontend & backend basics)
- Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, and integration concepts
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
- Working knowledge of databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
