- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Weekly Off:
- Rotational (e.g., Sunday for morning shift, Friday for evening shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Prabhadevi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve billing-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and process accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Verify billing data, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams for billing inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax/GST norms




- Address and resolve client and internal billing queries effectively
- Reconcile billed accounts with payment receipts when required
- Assist in audit and reporting processes related to billing

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related roles
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) is a must
- Strong understanding of GST, credit/debit notes, and reconciliation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
