Raw Material Procurement

- Develop and manage sourcing strategies for alternative fuel raw materials.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, municipalities, recyclers, and industrial waste generators.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of feedstock.

Supplier Management

- Build long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance on quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.
- Resolve supply-related issues promptly.

Quality Control

- Monitor incoming waste quality.
- Ensure compliance with RDF/SRF specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality and Laboratory teams for testing.
- Reduce contamination and improve fuel quality.

Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels of raw materials.
- Maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate storage and material handling activities.

Logistics Coordination

- Plan transportation schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Optimize freight costs and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely delivery to processing facilities.

Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with plant operations for daily raw material requirements.




- Monitor material consumption.
- Improve feedstock utilization and recovery efficiency

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Material availability
- Procurement cost
- Supplier performance
- Inventory levels
- Fuel quality
- Plant feedstock efficiency

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related discipline.
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred.

Experience

Executive: 3–6 years

Manager: 7–12 years
