We are seeking an experienced Venture Capital Analyst to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab. As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential investment opportunities and supporting our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. Assist in conducting meetings with entrepreneurs and management teams to assess business models, market strategies, and growth prospects. Prepare investment memos, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support to management teams as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field.



Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in evaluating startups and growth-stage companies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong network and ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
