Core Responsibilities :

- Conduct site surveys for power, cooling, and physical space before any new hardware deployment.
- Oversee end-to-end installation and maintenance of structured cabling (Cat6/6A, Fiber Optic), ODFs, and LIUs.
- Design and maintain rack layouts, ensuring proper equipment mounting and optimal airflow (hot/cold aisle management).
- Oversee the installation of IP/Analog cameras, NVRs/VMS servers, and storage arrays.
- Personally verify that camera angles provide the required coverage and are free from obstructions .
- Ensure NVR settings (frame rate, resolution) align with the client’s retention requirements.
- Ensure all cameras and recording devices are updated to the latest secure firmware and default passwords are changed immediately.
- Perform and verify signal testing (Fluke/OTDR) to ensure all links meet industry performance benchmarks.

Operational Tasks:

- Implement and enforce a universal labeling system for all cables, ports, and patch panels. Maintain "zero-tangle" standards in all server rooms and network closets (MDFs/IDFs).
- Update physical floor plans, cable schedules, and network diagrams within 24 hours of any change.




- Regularly audit patch panels to identify and remove "ghost" or unused cables to free up capacity.
- Maintain stock levels for critical passive components like patch cords, SFP modules, and cable managers.
- Monitor network room cleanliness, fire-stopping compliance, and cooling efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of IP Networking (VLANs, PoE budgets, Subnetting).
- Knowledge of CCTV technologies (H.265 compression, VMS platforms like Milestone/Genetec/HikCentral).
- Familiarity with Passive standards (TIA/EIA-568, Fiber splicing, OTDR testing).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or specialized CCTV design software.
- Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, termination, and cable path design.
- Strong coordination skills to manage onsite labor and cross-functional hardware teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
