Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
- Manage customer database accurately
- Ensure proper data entry and record keeping
Customer Communication
- Follow up with customers through calls and emails
- Handle customer inquiries and requirements
- Maintain valuable customer relationships
Sales Support
- Update sales data in CRM and Excel
- Support sales team in daily activities
- Maintain customer order records
Order Management
- Follow up on pending orders
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team
- Update order and delivery status
Reports & MIS
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Maintain customer and sales reports
- Data analysis in Excel
