We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to support sales operations, handle customer leads, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist customers by providing accurate product information and guidance
- Support the sales team in handling inquiries and closing sales
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Maintain and update lead details in records or system
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion
Customer Experience
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times
- Handle customer concerns and escalate when required
Showroom Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Ensure proper product display and arrangement
- Support day-to-day showroom activities
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales team for smooth operations
- Share updates on leads, sales activities, and customer feedback
- Report recurring product or customer issues
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in basic promotional or social media activities when required
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
- Take initiative in supporting store operations and team tasks
Requirements
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and customer handling
- Ability to follow up and manage customer leads
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
Additional Information
- Candidates should be willing to work in a showroom environment
- Skilled appearance and conduct are expected
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
