1. Contacting visitors/delegation team via email or call to invite them to visit the exhibition.
2. Calling all the VIP database to personally invite them to visit our exhibition.
3. Getting registration of delegates for attending conference & technical events.
4. Providing support, information, and materials to the visitor's query.
5. Working on preparing, managing & updating the visitor registration list on a regular basis.
