Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and business needs.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

Sales Execution

- Present and demonstrate company products/services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

- Monitor market trends and customer demands.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
- Share market insights with internal teams.

Reporting & Documentation





- Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities.

Post-Sales Support

- Coordinate with operations for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
- Follow up on payments and collect customer feedback.

Target Achievement

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Contribute to business growth and profitability.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
