Required Skills :

Deep technical expertise in integrated bedside technology and enterprise medical device connectivity, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of hardware and software integrated with the EHR via the iBus Platform. Robust understanding of bedside clinical systems such as physiologic monitoring, fetal monitoring, anesthesia devices, digital room displays, and patient observation solutions. Proven ability to ensure reliable device integration, accurate clinical workflows, and system stability in a front-line support role across a multi-hospital health system.

Secondary Skills :

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, informatics, clinical engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to coordinate connectivity, system changes, and issue resolution. Experience supporting policies, procedures, and standards for CareAware and integrated bedside technologies.



Skilled in system maintenance activities including software updates, validation testing with end users, RMA coordination, and assisting with smaller project efforts, including task coordination and light project management.
