DSP Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our Bangalore office.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in Quantity Take-Offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budgeting, and budget monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Quantity Surveying software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of commercial and cost management deliverables.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
