Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth by generating new sales opportunities, managing key client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves leading the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and promoting the company's HVAC products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for timely proposal submissions and project execution.
- Participate in tendering, negotiations, and contract finalization.




- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in HVAC sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and project sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage key customer relationships.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location

Warje, Pune

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
