Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.




- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
- Review project reports, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management.
