Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Purchasing

- Technical requirements ke basis par raw materials, equipment aur services purchase karna
- Purchase orders (PO) raise karna aur timely delivery ensure karna
- Cost-effective sourcing aur budget control maintain karna

2. Vendor Sourcing & Management

- Current vendors identify aur onboard karna
- Existing vendors ka evaluation (price, quality, delivery performance)
- Vendor database maintain karna
- Long-term supplier relationships build karna

3. Technical Coordination

- Engineering / production team ke saath coordinate karke requirements samajhna
- Technical specifications verify karna before purchase
- Substitutes aur alternative materials suggest karna cost saving ke liye

4. Negotiation & Cost Control

- Vendors ke saath price negotiation karna
- Best possible rates aur credit terms secure karna
- Cost reduction opportunities identify karna

5. Supply Chain Coordination

- Timely delivery ensure karna
- Material shortages avoid karne ke liye planning karna




- Logistics aur dispatch tracking karna

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Purchase records maintain karna
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices aur PO documentation manage karna
- Monthly procurement reports prepare karna

Key Skills Required

- Engineering / Technical background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Vendor management experience
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel
- Understanding of materials, drawings aur specifications
- Decision-making aur cost analysis ability
