Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly (ASSY) & Machine Shop Planning

- Plan and schedule machine shop production based on customer requirements and production plans.
- Coordinate assembly requirements to ensure timely availability of machined components.
- Monitor daily production progress and resolve material-related constraints.
- Optimize machine utilization and improve production efficiency.

2. BOP & Consumables Planning and Execution

- Plan and monitor Bought-Out Parts (BOP) requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of cutting tools, inserts, coolant, lubricants, fixtures, gauges, and other consumables.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for procurement activities.
- Track material shortages and expedite critical items to avoid production delays.

3. Inventory Management

- Maintain optimum inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, BOP items, and consumables.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Perform inventory analysis and recommend replenishment plans.
- Support cycle counting, stock audits, and annual physical inventory.
- Minimize inventory carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.

4. SAP MM Module





- Create and manage Material Masters.
- Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
- Monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and material receipts.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) and material issue transactions where applicable.
- Track inventory using SAP MM reports.
- Maintain accurate master data and inventory records in SAP.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for material availability.

5. Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Vendors.
- Monitor production schedules and revise plans based on customer priorities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
- Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities.

6. Continuous Improvement

- Improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
- Reduce material shortages and production downtime.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in inventory and consumable management.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,015.75 per month
