About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will take end-to-end ownership of our enterprise-grade Loan Operations CRM and its highly secure backend API.

Our system manages the entire loan lifecycle—from lead generation and maker-checker-approver workflows to KYC, disbursements, and collections. As a Fintech platform, we operate with strict adherence to RBI guidelines (DLG, AML, KYC) and the DPDP Act. You will be architecting systems where security, data privacy, and scalability are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

- Frontend Engineering: Architect and develop our highly responsive CRM dashboard using Next.js 16 / React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4. You will manage complex state and server state using TanStack React Query.
- Backend Architecture: Design, build, and scale our high-performance PHP 8.4 backend using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Fintech Compliance: Translate complex RBI regulatory requirements, Data Privacy (DPDP) laws, and KYC/AML norms into robust, automated business logic and immutable audit trails.
- Quality Assurance: Write automated tests using PHPUnit and ensure zero-defect deployments utilizing strict static analysis tools (PHPStan Level 8 and TypeScript strict mode).
- Database Management:



Design complex schemas and optimize queries in PostgreSQL, while utilizing Redis for caching and session management.

Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)

- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Mastery: Strong commercial experience with React.js and Next.js (App Router/Pages Router).
- TypeScript & UI: Deep proficiency in strict TypeScript. Experience building accessible UIs with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI.
- Form & State Management: Experience with React Hook Form + Zod and TanStack Query.
- Elite Backend Skills: Deep expertise in modern PHP (8.x) and enterprise frameworks (Yii3, Symfony, or Laravel), following PSR standards.
- Advanced Architecture: Proven commercial experience implementing Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-Driven patterns in production environments.
- Databases: Robust relational database experience with PostgreSQL, and in-memory datastores like Redis.

Nice to Haves (Bonus Points)

- Domain experience in Fintech, Lending, or Banking systems in the Indian market.
- Prior experience implementing software that complies with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG), KYC norms, and data localization laws.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., ApexCharts).
