- Baking & Prep: Measure ingredients, mix doughs, shape breads, and bake pastries or cakes following standard recipes.
- Mise en Place: Set up workstations with required tools, flour, and raw materials before shifts.
- Quality Control: Check taste, texture, and visual presentation of baked goods before display.
- Inventory: Track daily stock use and report low items to the head baker.
- Assistance: Help weigh ingredients, grease pans, operate basic mixers, and load/unload ovens under guidance.
- Station Cleaning: Wash baking trays, clean mixing bowls, and sanitize work counters.
- Storage: Store dairy, flour, and sugar properly in correct temperature zones.
- Support: Help receive daily stock deliveries and restock pantry shelves
