Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail sales, with excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and exchange policies to customers.
- Cross-sell and upsell jewellery and related accessories.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing coordination, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and merchandising.
- Follow company policies regarding security, cash handling, and customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Excellent customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales negotiation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, hallmarks, and diamond certifications is preferred.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a passion for retail sales.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery retail sales (preferred).
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium retail may also be considered.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Well-groomed personality with professional etiquette.

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Benefits (where applicable)

Location: Multiple Locations / As per Business Requirement

Pay: ₹10,767.95 - ₹27,836.44 per month
