We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base — industries, workshops, dealers, and institutional buyers — across Nashik and surrounding regions. You'll be the face of GSK Corporation to new and existing customers, driving revenue and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach new B2B customers (manufacturing units, workshops, dealers, institutions) for industrial tools and equipment

· Manage and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits/calls

· Understand customer requirements and recommend the right hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, cutting/welding/measuring equipment

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within approved margins

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

· Coordinate with the inventory/logistics team for timely order fulfillment

· Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups (CRM/reporting)





· Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing

· Represent GSK Corporation at trade shows/industry events as needed

· Understand the PO Management Cycle and complete the bill

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of sales experience (industrial tools/hardware/B2B preferred, but not mandatory)

· Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi; working English preferred

· Two-wheeler and valid driving license (field visits required)

· Basic knowledge of industrial tools is a solid plus

· Target-driven, self-motivated, good negotiation skills

· Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Diploma preferred but not required)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
