Quantity Surveyor – Industrial Construction

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–12 Years in Industrial Construction Projects
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per Month (Based on Experience)

Job Description

- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Perform quantity calculations, measurements, and verification of work executed.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills and monitor project costs.
- Handle variation orders, claims, and cost control activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Maintain quantity records and project documentation.
- Ensure accurate measurements and timely billing throughout the project.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
