Shakthi NEET Academy is a leading residential coaching institute dedicated to preparing students for medical entrance examinations. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and oversee the academy’s financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

● Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

● Prepare student fee invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.

● Track student fee collections and outstanding balances.

● Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

● Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

● Coordinate internal and external audits.

● Process payroll, vendor payments, and reimbursements.

● Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis.

● Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

● Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

● 2–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.





● Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

● Experience in student invoice preparation and fee management is preferred.

● Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

● Attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
