Job Description: Tele caller - Software Sales

Job Summary

Growth System is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates with ERP sales experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT software solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in IT software sales.
- Experience selling ERP systems will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from an IT background are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
